It’s fairly evident that I’m not able to keep up with a new blog post for each and every training run I do. I had grand hopes that this would keep me honest, but in reality I just don’t have the time to spend crafting witty prose and talking about my feelings every single day. Most days after I run I either have to get back to work or I’m just too exhausted to do anything but get cleaned up and relax around the house.

Months of training culminated in me showing up well before the sun to stand at the starting line, corralled with thousands of other people ready to run the OKC Memorial Marathon.
